SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding holidays. All orders ship from our Brooklyn, New York studio.

When will my pre-order item ship?

Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.

I ordered multiple items, along with a pre-order item. When will it all ship?

Orders ship complete, if the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will ship once complete. If you prefer to receive the regular item(s) without waiting for the pre-order item, please place a separate order.

My order was shipped but is now missing/lost/stolen/damaged in transit:

Once an order is shipped (the order has left our studio and been scanned by the local post office), Lebas is no longer liable for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages, delays, failed delivery attempts, stolen packages, damaged packages, or deliveries to the wrong address. The company that handles the shipment will be your best point of contact to resolve this. Additionally, if applicable, reaching out to your landlord or superintendent can help with tracking down missing packages.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments in the case your address was incorrect, there was failed delivery attempts and/or your package was sent back to our office as an RTS (return to sender).

Please keep in mind bad weather, natural disasters, global conflicts, short staffing due to COVID-19 and other factors can delay your shipment. 

Do you ship international?

Yes! Lebas ships worldwide. Please bear in mind, due to global conflict, some countries may not have service at this time.

Please note that VAT and duties are not included and you may receive a separate bill from your selected shipping courier. Lebas is not responsible for VAT and duties that your country requires their citizens to pay. Refused international shipments are subject to a 25% restock fee as well as non-reimbursable shipment fees. 

Shipping internationally can take longer than the estimates provided by shipping couriers on the checkout page. This can be frustrating but is not unusual. For speedier, more secure deliveries, upgrade your shipping to a more expensive option that prioritizes your delivery. You may select this option at checkout while finalizing your order. Disclosure: Lebas does not profit from this upgrade, only the shipping courier does.

Can I overnight/rush this order?

Yes! If you need an item rushed, you may select this option at checkout, but this is done at your own risk. Shipping couriers offer their best estimates but there are no guarantees. Lebas is not responsible for orders placed for overnight/rush that don’t arrive on time.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

Time is the most important factor here -- email hello@lebas.nyc immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has shipped and left the studio. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange process. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and/or incorrect items or sizes selected by the customer, so please double check your cart at checkout.
