RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges:

We are unable to accept returns at this time. However, all items can be exchanged for a different size in the same garment from the original order

Please refrain from sending items without processing an exchange request, we will not be able to accept it. Email hello@lebas.nyc to begin your exchange process.

We accept unworn and unwashed garments and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment is sent back in a worn condition. Rejected items sent for exchange won't be sent back, refunded or exchanged.

We will not exchange items that have been:

  • Worn (any garments with perfume odors, makeup stains or other stains will be refused)
  • Washed
  • Damaged
  • Used
  • Altered

All exchanges are subject to evaluation. Lebas has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. 

Please be sure to check the measurements of the garment you wish to order! All product pages have size charts with the garment being measured flat (make sure to double the measurement to find the full circumference). If you have any questions or concerns about the fit, please send us a message. 

In the case of a garment you've ordered arriving with a visible flaw, please contact us. We will ask for a photo of the flaw and go from there. All of our garments go through a quality-control checkpoint, but sometimes things happen, so please do let us know! 

Sale Items:

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange, including items purchased during promotional sales. No exceptions.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

Email hello@lebas.nyc immediately — unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has shipped and left the studio. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange process. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and/or incorrect items or sizes selected by the customer, so please double check your cart at checkout.
